We congratulate the lecturer of the Department of Information Computing Systems and Control Oleh Adamiv on successful defending of the PhD thesis 'Models and Intellectual Means for Adaptive Autonomous Mobile Robot Control' and wish Him a success in subsequent scientific work!
Department of Information Computing Systems and Control (ICSC) carries out series of fundamental and applied disciplines on the theory and exploitation of computing machines, systems and networks, information computing and control systems, systems of artificial intelligence.
The main research spheres of the Department are:
- diagnostics and testing of computer systems and networks (Prof. V. Lokaziyuk)
- distributed intelligent sensor networks, parallel and distributed systems and networks, use of neural networks in measuring and robotics, sensor data fusion (Prof. A Sachenko)
- recognition and generating of complex patterns (O.Berezsky, Associate Prof)
- mobile robots, technical vision, analysis and processing of video information (V.Koval)
- theory and practice of neural networks, parallel programming on high performance computers (V.Turchenko, Associate Prof.)
- intelligent controllers and sensor network interfaces (V.Kochan, Associate Prof.)
